Referral Terms & Conditions
Criteria to confirm a successful referral:
We want to make this as fair as possible for you and us. Some of the ways we would look at a successful referral are the following.
The total contract value has to be above $1000.00 to be eligible for this referral reward program.
The potential client is a good fit for Capex and its services. That means the referred person has to sign up for a service that we offer to be eligible.
There must be no default in payment from the services rendered to be eligible for a referral reward.
The referral reward will be a ONE-time payment to you from us for our non-monthly plans.
For example, if the total contract is $1000, the individual will receive $100.00 upfront from Capex.
For our monthly plans, the following would be the payouts as an example to explain this program.
Starter plan is signed for $345/month your Commission will be $345.00 (Paid out 3 months after the client has been active with Capex)
Growth plan is signed for $585/month your Commission will be $585.00 (Paid out 3 months after the client has been active with Capex)
CFO plan is signed for $1135/month your Commission will be $1135.00 (Paid out 3 months after the client has been active with Capex)
The client accepts the proposal and there is no default in payments.
After the initial contract, there will be no additional payouts for that specific referral.
For example, if in three months, they want additional services, it is not subject to compensation.
The following year, if they renew with Capex, it is not subject to compensation.
The individual referring the business/client to Capex has to fill out this form and follow the process, in order to be eligible.
